• 1997 Certified Kosher by KSA

• 2001 Developed “Silken Soy Puree” by Micro Technology and Patented in the US

• 2002 “Silken Soy Puree” patented in Japan

• 2005 Introduced Bulk Silken Soy Puree for industrial use (2,250 lbs. / 450 lbs.)

• 2009 Started Producing Authentic Japanese Style Tofu, Nigari Tofu

• 2013 Non-GMO Project verified

• 2014 Gluten Free certified / SQF LEVEL 2 certified (recognized by GFSI)
